Do you offer Gift Certificates?

Yes. Gift certificates are available in-store and online. Accepted in the salon, boutique, or wig studio. Gift certificates hold cash value and cannot be replaced if they are lost or stolen. Click here to purchase.

What is your cancellation policy?

We ask that you please provide us with a 24-hour’s notice if you are unable to make your appointment.

What about Discounts?

We provide a Senior Discount of 10% off any services for individuals 55 and over. Please note this only applies to services and is not available on boutique or wig studio purchases.

Are Children Welcomed?

Of course! We love children. We only ask that you do not leave them unattended while receiving services due to their safety and for our clients enjoying the full salon atmosphere.

Scheduling Appointments

Our staff will not be offended if you try other staff members. We understand that our schedules may conflict, and we want to do our best to accommodate you.

Gratuities

In order to obtain cash for a gratuity, you may write a check for the desired amount. No cashback will be given when using credit or debit cards.

Customer Satisfaction

If you receive a service that you are unhappy with, please notify the manager within two days. Arrangements will be made to guarantee your complete satisfaction.
